Health Services

Your child's Medical Form MUST be returned BEFORE you arrive on campus. We must have a Medical Form for you child for health service to be provided during their stay at camp MEDICAL FORM

What to bring

  • Clothes for length of stay (walking shorts acceptable)
  • 3 - 4 collared shirts for golf course
  • Belt
  • T-shirts and gym shorts allowed other times
  • Personal items (soap, shampoo, towels, linens, etc.)
  • Softspike golf shoes / athletic shoes
  • Golf clubs / balls / light carry golf bag / golf towel / umbrella / sunscreen / cell phone
  • Spending money for snacks or souvenirs ($50 suggested)
  • Linens (Linens are not provided by camp)


Camp Check-in for overnight camp is from 9:00am - 12:00pm at the residence hall on the first day of camp. Once the residence hall has been assigned to our camp we will advise each camper via email. At 12 noon, Coach Haas will welcome the campers and introduce the camp coaches. A pizza lunch will be served at 12:30 and campers will break into their groups: Golf instruction at the Arnold Palmer Golf Complex will begin at approximately 1:15pm.

Campers will be housed in a residence hall on the Wake Forest campus. Each dormitory room has its own air-conditioning system and is equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave oven. You may bring snacks and drinks to keep in your room.


Please bring linens for an extra long, single dorm bed (or light-weight sleeping bag), including sheets, pillow, blanket and towels for your week at camp.


Cellular phones are allowed at camp but are solely the responsibilty of the camper. Campers may borrow a coach's phone to call home if he doesn't bring a phone to camp.

Parents may call the Golf Office anytime while camp is in session: 336-758-6000 We will periodically check our voice mail for messages and return all calls. We are not responsible for lost phones, chargers, or other electronic equipment brought to camp.
